今天，我和朋友去吃自助餐。

　　一路驱车来到餐厅，推开大门，亮丽的吊灯照耀着整个大厅，人群在食物柜台面前来来往往，络绎不绝。

　　接待台旁的坐椅挤满了人，熙熙攘攘地各办各的事情。

　　我怀着兴奋的心情，来到食物柜台，发现各种食物应有尽有，琳琅满目。有诱人的烤肉，有可口的果汁，有鲜美的鱼虾，有精致的蛋糕，有健康的青菜等等。而我特别由衷地是插着木棍的骨 肉相连，吃了一大盘，然后和朋友有说有笑地品尝着其它食物。

　　With excitement, I came to the food counter and found all kinds of food. There are attractive barbecue, delicious juice, delicious fish and shrimp, exquisite cake, healthy vegetables and so on. 　　临走时，抚摸着撑涨的肚皮，心想着下次再来吃个够本！
