李华(Li Hua)，是中考、高考英语作文试题中的知名角色，被称作“英语作文帝”，最早出现在1995年全国高考卷甚至更早的个别城市模拟卷中。
李华是希望中学、光明中学、红星中学的中学生，个别时候，他还是求职者、大学生等角色。
为何大家都选李华这个名字：
李华的汉语拼音“Li Hua”，在英文里都有对应的同样发音的辅音和元音，并且在字母上也完全对应。“李”和“华”的声母，在英文里有对应的辅音/l/和/h/；“李”的韵母，在英文里有对应的长音/i:/；“华”的韵母，虽然没有完全对应的英文双元音，但也可以拆成/u/和/ɑ:/两个元音的组合。
