It's my great pleasure to hear the news that you ask me to plan the debate on the theme of city traffic.  I am writing to suggest a specific topic---- Is it advisible to commute by private cars?----and share its relevant arrangements.

The bar chart given above reflects the changes of choices of graduates of a university in 2013 and 2018. To be specific, the percentage for graduates job-seeking decreases sharply from 68.1%, to 60.7%. On the contrary, the proportion for graduates pursuing further study rises sharply from 26.3% to 34.0% and individuals creating their own business jumps from 1.3% to 2.6%.

上面给出的条形图反映了2013年和2018年大学毕业生选择的变化。具体而言，毕业生求职的比例从68.1%急剧下降至60.7%。相反，毕业生继续深造的比例从26.3%急剧上升至34.0%，个人创业的比例从1.3%跃升至2.6%。

Perhaps the far-reaching fatcors have been with economic environment, competitive market and the policy-supporting.  Firstly,  amid powerful domestic economy, it is a better choice for graduates, desperate to make money and support their parents, to get well-paid jobs and rapid promotion.  Secondly, the  intense market competition puts a lot of university students into pursueing further education. Thirdly, the department concerned at all levels in our country have released quite a few initiatives that privilege graduates to set up business.

可能有影响的因素是经济环境、市场竞争和政策支持。首先，在强大的国内经济中，对于渴望赚钱和供养父母的毕业生来说，找到高薪工作和快速晋升是一个更好的选择。其次，激烈的市场竞争迫使许多大学生追求深造。第三，我国各级有关部门发布了不少优惠毕业生创业的举措。

Thus, young graduates, should be more attentive to choose their own way whether they are going to work,strengthen futher education or start a new business.

因此，年轻的毕业生，无论是去工作、读研还是创业，都应该更加注意选择自己的道路。
