我是树林里的一棵树。我生活在一个偏僻小山村的后山上，每天都在注视山下村庄里的人的生活。

在十几年以前，这个乡村十分落后，没有很好的生活条件，都是住在破破烂烂的茅草屋里，而且没有电，也没有水，只有在距离村庄几公里以外有一条小河，他们都带着扁担和两个水桶去挑水。这个村庄因为得了疾病而死亡的人有很多，因为他们那时候不富裕，没有钱到县城里的医院看病，再说那时候药物也不是很多。他们吃的也很不好，都是在山上挖竹笋、摘野菜、采蘑菇吃，有的时候找不到，就得饿肚子了。在村庄里，出行到县城都要走许多崎岖的山路才能绕到。他们村子没有学校，村民们都没有知识，没有知识就没有什么经济收入，他们都是在山上的树林里砍伐树木，然后拿去卖掉，都把我的同胞砍掉、卖掉了好多。这些等等的问题的主要原因还是贫穷给造成的。

日复一日，年复一年。随着我的落叶、发芽、发芽、落叶，日子就在这无声无息的岁月中度过了。

十几年后的现在，改革开放的春风吹到了这个村庄，一座座高楼大厦拔地而起，人们的生活富裕起来，他们不再摧残我的同伴们。村民都到外地打工去了，有的还引进了养殖和栽培的技术，带动村民们一起发家致富。当年，在我脚下捡树枝的小朋友，已经上了村里的学校了。现在有了电，有了水，还有许多家用电器，生活条件变得非常好了。村里也开了诊所，村民生病都得到了及时、有效的治疗。村民的出行也十分方便，都有车来往村庄。

我看到了一个村庄的变化，我感受到了祖国改革富民政策是一项多么伟大与浩大的工程，我真为他们感到非常得骄傲和自豪。
