Unit1 我的老师/朋友

聚焦人物描写，用"be动词+外貌（tall/short/long hair）"和性格词（kind/strict/funny）。例："My math teacher is Miss Cheng. She is tall and thin, with big eyes. She's strict but kind."

Unit2 一周计划

按星期顺序写活动，用"On+星期, I have+科目/do+事情"。例："I like Mondays. We have PE and art. On weekends, I do homework and watch TV."

Unit3 食物喜好

用"My favourite food is... It's+形容词（delicious/healthy）"描述，可对比家人喜好。例："My father loves beef. He thinks it's yummy. I prefer fish—it's light and good for health."

写作技巧：

1.5W1H逻辑：先想"Who（谁）/When（时间）/Where（地点）/What（做什么）/Why（原因）/How（方式）"，让内容完整。

2.简单句为主：多用"主语+be动词+描述"或"主语+动词+宾语"结构，避免复杂从句。

3.生活化词汇：用教材高频词（library/play basketball/happy），让内容更真实。

4.三步检查：

语法：主谓一致（She has...）、时态（一般现在时）。

细节：加颜色（a red hat）、数量（two apples）或感受（I feel happy）。

朗读：读一遍，删重复词，调整不通顺的句子。
